Hatching eggs are a delicate and perishable product. By purchasing hatching eggs from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

We do not guarantee hatch rates or fertility. Many factors beyond our control affect hatch success, including but not limited to shipping conditions, handling, incubation practices, equipment, and environmental factors.

We are not responsible for damage or reduced viability caused during shipping.

Eggs may experience lowered hatchability due to transit conditions such as temperature fluctuations, delays, or rough handling.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for poor hatch rates or non-hatching eggs.

If your package arrives damaged, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your receipt, the box it was shipped in, and all of its contents.

All taxidermy items sold are:

Sourced, prepared, and sold in compliance with applicable state and federal laws to the best of our knowledge.

Sold as unique, one-of-a-kind items; all sales are final.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and transport of taxidermy items. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from improper use or unlawful possession.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers. 

Once an item leaves our possession, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
