Thank you for choosing Stuckey Farms for your hatching eggs. We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping each order to give your eggs the best possible start.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is received, however, this may vary based on availability.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Eggs are carefully selected and unwashed to preserve their natural protective coating. This means that, depending on weather conditions, sometimes eggs may be slightly dirtier than normal. However, we always try to send the cleanest eggs.

Each egg is individually wrapped and securely cushioned to minimize movement during transit.

Boxes are clearly labeled as “Fragile”.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (or similar service) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

Allow eggs to rest (pointed end down) for 12–24 hours before placing them in the incubator.

Proper incubation practices are essential for best results.

Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or mishandling during shipping.

Shipping hatching eggs always carries some risk, and hatch rates may be lower than with locally sourced eggs.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Stuckey Farms is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the buyer.

Extreme temperatures and postal delays can impact egg viability.

During winter-months, it is highly recommened that you purchase an appropriate heat pack with your eggs.

During summer-months, it is highly recommened that you purchase cooling packs with your eggs.

We may delay shipping if necessary to protect your order and will communicate any changes.
