Stuckey Farms โ€“ Hatching Egg Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase of hatching eggs from Stuckey Farms. We take great care in collecting, storing, packaging, and shipping our eggs to give them the best possible chance of success. However, due to factors beyond our control, we maintain the following refund policy:
No Refunds or Guarantees
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or guarantees on shipped hatching eggs for the following reasons:
We cannot control how eggs are handled during shipping.
Shipping conditions can be rough and may negatively impact hatch rates.
Hatchability naturally decreases when eggs are shipped.
We have no control over incubator conditions, settings, or potential equipment malfunctions once the eggs are in your care.
Because of these variables, purchasing shipped hatching eggs is done at the buyerโ€™s risk.
Shipping Damage Claims
All packages are insured through the postal service. If your package arrives damaged:
Take the package, all contents, and your receipt to your local post office.
File an insurance claim directly with USPS.
The post office will handle the claim and any reimbursement.
We recommend taking photos of the package before opening if visible damage is present.

By purchasing hatching eggs from Stuckey Farms, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
